Consultancy

Consultancy Rate

Per hour — coaching, culture development, planning, reflective practice, meetings and ongoing support

Audits

Audit and Follow-up Report

£140

Per hour — covers the audit, analysis and a written report with recommendations

Project Work

Price agreed

Based on the scope and length of the project — includes multi-agency work, programme development, workforce development and longer-term support

Additional Costs

Travel costs may apply for settings outside Greater Manchester

Accommodation costs only if required and always agreed in advance

Weekend or evening sessions may include an additional charge

Follow-up work beyond the agreed session is charged at the consultancy rate

Bespoke resource creation is charged at the consultancy rate unless included in a package

Large group bookings or multi-session programmes can be priced as a package
